As a quick reminder of nighmares past . . .

In season 15, (ignoring the BS move by Red Dinamo), the Big 8 went 52-4 against the Great 8 . . . winning by an average of 28 points (108 to 80). YIKES!!!! 3 of the 4 losses were on the road, and 3 of those 4 losses were against an inactive team . . .

On paper, the G8 is better this year than last . . . but we need to dominate again!!

There is no way you're going to dominate quite that much this time. But even if you do... it doesn't really matter. What happened last time is that almost all the B8 got 8 wins, changing your standings not at all; the G8 got 1 or 2, changing our standings not at all either.

Having said that, if you can pysche your fellow B8ers into playing hard against us, it'll be easier for you for sure. So I -- oh! Um, go Great 8! Have some pride! Represent!

That is a GREAT idea!!!

Everyone make sure you crunch all games against the G8 . . . !!

I agree that it will not be like last time. I am thinking around 18-22 wins for the G8 this time through.

I think Dawgz put it best, "Eight scrimmages with gate receipts."

I'm not sure trying to taunt your off-division opponents into CT'ing is a very good strategy.

Not that I had anything to do with it, but G8 5, B8 3. How about Divine beating the Tootsies! And the Destroyers against Project F! Both same effort level games, too.

Yeah! What is up with that?!?

Both of those games were shocking upsets . . . although Project sold another key player today (and is now sitting on a ridicullous pile of cash . . .).

With you and I tied at half - I was very lucky to have my boys play well in the second half.

What do you mean shocking...his tactics were countered by mine..and Outside defense is the biggest glitch in the game...If that's high,60-75% of the shots are heavily contested.

COMPLETELY agree on the OD thought . . . this is why I make sure my guards are sitting on strong OD!!!

It is great (and concerning) to see you sitting at 6-2 . . . . maybe the "Post-Bumbul Blues" are wearing off?

4-4 this week. Again, I didn't help.
