This is a Point guard who I'm trying to get on u21. He's 18 right know. Is he on the right track to get on the team?

He is looking good so far. I'd probably do jump shot for the rest of the season, and then you can really go in any direction with how you want him to look. I think by the time he turns 21, he could look something like this:
10/9/14/11/9/12 1/5/5/1
That should be enough to get him on the U21 team, or at least to be considered.

Thanks, going to look for one more pop in outside D then focus on range/ jumpshot. Good idea?

If you train JR always train JS with it because it will pop quicker. Same goes with if you wantto train JS train JR with it. Another training schedule you can do is train JS with 1on1 because it will train JS faster as well. All those methods though make sure to alternate them.
