ผมจะเปิดโอกาสให้คนที่อยากปั้นเด็ก ให้ติดทีมชาติ โดยสังเกตุการณ์ อยู่โดยตลอดว่ามีการพัฒนาจริงหรือไม่ และให้การแนะนำต่างๆ
และจะเปิดโอกาสเลือกเด็กจากทีมสัญชาติไทย มาก่อน ส่วนเรื่อง แผนการเล่นก็จะปรับเปลี่ยนให้เข้ากับ ความสามารถของผู้เล่น โดยจะใช้ประสบการณ์ มากกว่า 7 season ที่ได้ฝึกฝนมา

Me again, Bobo or KunGorRuVaKrai. I come again to be a candidate for junior Prathet Thai manager. I give you a purpose same as last time which are improve community, rescue kids from bot, motivate and advise other coaches to train Thai kid, and try the best to run Junior team to reach higher and higher position, and coordinate with NT coach to improve potential kid continuously.

I will give a chance to coach who want to train kid and better chance for coaches in local. for tactic, I will adapt tactic based from capability of our kid by use more than 7 seasons experience.

My name is nogometas, I'm manager of KK Krka Brod, in a III Slovenian league. I'm here to be good Thai U21 team manager. And help Thai community, to be successful and have a good players for Thai team. I'll let you know about your good players for Thai U21, and give you advise how to train this young potentials to become the beast players in the world.

Competitiveness:
The essential objective is to win games, and I do think I have the experience and competence to be effective in that regard.
I had experimented lot of strategic combinations of offensive/defensive systems with various kind of player characteristics in different positions throughout my five BB seasons.
That knowledge helped me, and advance to the highest rounds in Cup.
To select the best players available, I have developed tools to detect players.

Collaboration:
My conviction is that a successful mandate cannot be built alone, and the help of the Thai community and players managers will be greatly welcome!
Player development and game shape management are key parameters for an U21 team to be successful.
To pick the players that will constitute the team, I will first ensure to get the agreement of their manager on some basic principles: ensure they control player minutes to optimize his game shape, take in consideration the national team interest in their training program. To conclude on that topic, I will prefer to pick players that will be playing in Thai if I hesitate between close players.

Communication:
As the manager of the team, I commit to submit press releases on regular basis, and participate to as much forum debate I can. Be sure I will take into account any relevant idea or remark you will issue.

Continuity:
My ambition as your U21 coach will be to bring the team to the next level, and create emulation around a development program so that the country can continue to grow in the world hierarchy.

Sawadee friends of Thailand! My name Corven and i'm an Italian user.

I started play Buzzerbeater in season 7.With my first team,LaFontana Comacchio(46223),i played the
italian league V.64 season by season 7 to 10, getting the promotion, competing in the Italian league IV.46 in season 11 ... unfortunately i had to leave the team for some problems.
I started playing more in season 11 with my new team,LFC II(47350), in the Italian league V.171, getting
promotion in the italian league IV.35. in season 15.

I decided to run for leadership of the Thai U21 because i have enough experience to lead the
team to a higher level: in my long experience at Buzzerbeater have had the opportunity to train several U21 players, some
were called to the U21 team:Ronald Cuschieri(8888901)and Tantrika Vikesh(8513051) with my old team, while Lupo Perez(14967365) was summoned U21 team in Ecuador, and now plays in NT.

I don't have a favorite game plan, try to adapt to the players that i have as a team. I want to create a team
of 12 players that can play motion or look inside. I want to create a database with all players
18 to 21 years to trace their development. I will also need a staff that follow the players and teams.
