How about giving the players birthdays? It would make an 18 year old at the end of a season just as valuable as an 18 at the beginning of the season. As it stands, 18 year olds are far more valuable at the beginning of the season as opposed to the end of the season. I suppose it doesn't matter too much considering the training is already sped up, but this is the suggestion forum...

I believe that will be implemented into the game, but we just need to wait and probably that will take few more seasons...
