Hello everyone.

Once more I am trying to become the coach for your Malaysian NT, in this case the U21.
I might not be Malaysian by birth, and not live there myself, but my heart is close to your country, as my girlfriend is from there, and I have visited the place, and enjoyed every moment of it.

Why me?
I am very active in BuzzerBeater. I read all the forums, both Dutch, English and Malaysian, to find out about the games, the tactics used and other side features. I have gained promotion from Division 4 to Division 2 in the span of 2 seasons. I just finished my 2nd season in the Dutch Division 2, where I relegated after my own decision to do so.

I have great experience in training players, and have got a player to the Dutch U21 at age 20, 2 seasons ago. I just drafted a HoF player, and will be looking to train him as well. I am also trying to land 2 Malaysian players, to train them up and help the Malaysian U21 in a few seasons.

Experience
I have been active since season 16. I am very active in the forums and have learned a lot.

Motivation
In the Netherlands we have a great coach for the U21, and I want to help my "second home country" out. I know I can do the job well, and am really looking forward to the possibility to do this. I do not speak Malay, but have a girlfriend who does, so this is not going to be any problem.

Thank you all, and hopefully I am allowed to humble be your next U21 coach :)

Hello, my name is Jason Stevens and I am running for U21 coach of Malaysia. I live in Phoenix, Arizona in the United States of America. I am currently in II.4 of the United States, and just completed my 10th season in BuzzerBeater. I was VERY fortunate that I happened to get connected with some of the best players in the game, nearly from day 1. Early on I had a question I needed answered, and I happened to ask the owner of the #1 team in America at that time. He ended up becoming my mentor in the game, and eventually my friend. From there I got very involved with some of the best players in the game, so I learned so much so fast, and had incredible success right off the bat.

Like I said, I just finished my 10th season, and I have played in the Championship series in 7 of the 10 seasons I have played. Of the 3 seasons I didn't make it to the Championship, 2 of them were by choice so I could rebuild a little, and to make some money to strengthen my teams foundation. When I was the NT coach, we didn't have one of the top 3 or 4 teams in terms of talent, but made it to the finals then as well.

The bottom line I know how to win in BuzzerBeater...I have won Championships with one of the leagues lowest payrolls as well as winning other times with one of the higher payrolls. I have friends in Malaysia who have expressed a lot of frustration with the lack of growth in the U21 program. From what I can see, there are some things that the current coach has done a great with, but there are other areas (my strengths) where things have not gone as well as they could.

I have no desire to get into a big debate with Terfu, and put him down, or anything like that. The contributions he has made to the Malaysian community should not be understated. But from what I understand, the community very much desires to see the program get better and go to the next level. I think my track record speaks for itself. I can make your U21 better.

All of that said, here is the deal.....If you think after 19 seasons things are going along exactly how you like, and have confidence that the program is in good hands, then you should stick with what you have. However, if you have frustrations, and would like to see things improve, and would like to see your U21 players become a winning team...then Vote for me. I would love the opportunity to to help you make your U21 program something you can be proud of, and a team that others in the world will fear playing!
