hey guys!:D

so..i am running for the elections for the u21 NT..probably my speech will not be as good as ezlifes but i will give it a shot..

i have been searching for over 30 hours of my life for players that can be a part of the u21 NT and i have found a very satisfying amount of them..some of them need a lot training but they are in a good level..In addition i will contact with every one manager that train their NT palyers and give them specific instructions of what pop ups need to be given..

On the other hand i must say that i have enough experience as manager and know plenty of things about tactics and i can apply my skills in this team..i will dedicate my self as much as i can in orded to succed victories..Of course i don't give you unrealistic targets..what i mean is that i will not win every single match that we give but the ones that we can take i will fight hard to win them..

And even if you don't choose me as the representative of your NT i will not be dissapointed and i will be glad to help as much as i can the official manager as his assistant..i am constantly logged in and can answer every single question you make..:) thank you for reading this patiently..hope you enjoyed and be satisfyied!!

Stay cool..

Hey lads,

captain ezlife reporting for duty:

I've been at the helm of your team for 3 seasons now. Judging from the results I've not been extremely successful: poor performances in the WC but semi final appearance in the AC.

However, season 22 roster is probably the strongest you've had in a long time. I'll give a lot of credit to the SA and foreign managers who've done a wonderful job at training these young blokes. I'm just planning to carry on doing what I've been doing all this time: advertise the available talented players to the serious managers in both SA and Australia and try to give these players a good home.

I once had hope to make the SA community grow, I gave it up. I can't sign up and create new teams. It's not up to me. I realize the best I can do is try to keep the forums active in order to make it interesting for new managers. Bainsy and most of you have been outstanding right there.

There are not a lot of players to make a great championship team, but there is more than enough to train for the upper level. In the long run, we can try to make the senior NT more competitive through the U21. I would carry on advising managers on how to train their players, so as it can be good for both their own team and the national teams. In my opinion, it's important to find a comprise right there.

I believe I've already proven myself as an experienced manager concerning my tactics decision. The threads for discussion will remain open on the offsite forum.

I've had a lot of pleasure managing this U21. I hope I can continue this journey. I think my mate Bainsy, who I introduced last season for the senior NT job, can take this country further than ever.

When you have something that goes well, don't change it!

Hello,

I'm manager of II.2 French team ! I played since season 8, and with my experience, I would bring it in U21 team. I think so the South Africa U21 team, need a new manager with experierience and with new idea.

I don't promise you that we'll be wolrd champions, but I promise you that tue U21 national team pass a step in the international level.

I wish with this U21 team prepare players to NT team and play the final of the U21 african championship ! and play the world championship !

I think your actual manager is not very present, as show his precedent message in the U21 South africa page.

I promise you to help manager to developp your players for the need of the U21 team and the need for the NT team. I think it's very important to discuss between the U21 manager and NT manager.

I had been, two years ago, assistant of NT french manager. My role was to supervise futurs opponents.

I think for the development of U21 south africa team, you should be change manager (who have only 50% of positive ratings) and choose THE new one.

My experience and my knowledge in Buzzerbeater will be useful for this situation.
