If the deadline bidding on a player is set at 2:57 PM CET (3 minutes before the playoff eligibility deadline), and because of a bidding war he is sold 15 minutes after the deadline, will he still be eligible for the playoffs or not?

I believe so. I had a situation like that a couple of seasons ago and they were OK.
