How's this guy looking, I mean he's ok but compared to the other guys I got he's a beast.
Speaking as a (self appointed) Professional (fact here) SF trainer...
he's 19, kinda blows, Marks was an 1100ish Salary guy when I started with him, you work with what you got.
Defenses are great starting points, period. SB at 1... eh, not an issue, just means he'll stick to SG/SF area...
I would start him 1v1 Forwards, to get the handling and driving up to about a 17 combined between the 2... While this is happening, Jumpshot should hit about average/respectable, and IS about Strong..
Maybe a cross training pop elsewhere, hard to predict that.
From there cause there'll still be time left this season to train... (what are your other trainees) Go OD/ID whichever your team struggles with more/better fits the other trainees...
Overall the guy looks really good. His salary may be 2634, but its a VERY balanced salary... He's prob closer to playing like a 4K guy. Bonus, his pitiful experience.
Edit:
Also, maybe 1 week passing somewhere, again, if it helps your other trainees too. Passing trains fairly steady throughout age, so not a huge thing, but typically you want to get his passing to 7-8 area, and he's hella close already.
Edit2:
Looked at your team, vet guards... 2 kinda trainable (no harm in it) guys of big-man caliber.
So go Id/IS alternate between the 2 after the 1v1 training is done. I say alternate, because again, the 1 in SB means you don't want to totally transform him into a PF/C kinda guy because it'll be more disadvantageous defensively with that. Where as, the IS scoring helps anywhere on the floor.
The other alternative is those 2 other big guys you get, train OD with him, and get some pops there which help bigmen defend against passes into the interior slightly better, as well as contest the few jumpers they see better.
