The Virginia Squires Tony Ennis is being held for questioning about the 10 lbs of high grade pot found in his carry on luggage. He also tested positive for pot.

The lawyers for Ennis said it was all a set up and the positive on the test is simply from second hand smoke. Thus far Ennis has not been suspended by the league but the team is considering actions against Ennis.

Ennis Lawyers are now saying the carry on bag actually belongs to good friend Willie Nelson and the Willie Nelson's Greatest Hits CD found in the same bag is proof.

As far as testing positive for smoking marijuana - Ennis indicated that he did not smoke marijuana but in fact used a vaporizer as well as some chocolate edibles. This fact is backed up by his longtime girlfriend, Marry Jane.
