When does age start to become a problem with losing skills.

I have a couple players that are fairly old (will be 34, 35, and 36). So do you think those players will begin to lose skills this year? If so, how can I prevent too much loss?

Skill drops start at 33 and a doctor with career extension specialty can help slow the drops some.
