you don;t think i should try and make him a SF, and if i did he needs OD right?

He'd need OD whether you wanted him to be a 1, a 2, or a 3.

But no matter what position I'm training I start with a full season of JS-F and 1v1-F. Sometimes 2.

Then you can go to pressure or whatever else you want. But alternating those two gives you JS, IS, HA, DR, etc.

Feel free to build your player however you want, but my main focus is always on multi skilled players and guys that can fit in either inside or outside offenses.

I actually did train all of my 1s and 2s and 3s in pressure too. But yeah, you can build your guy however you like but I focus on offensive versatility first and build up from there.
