Well, welcome everyone again for another season of Buzzer Beater. Once again, we'll be fighting to win the league.

Also, welcome back Syndicalist BC and Whitby Wolverines to league II.4 again. You guys return back to the same conference you guys left.

To all the new teams promoting to league II for the first time, welcome. League II is definitely a different landscape from the league III, so I hope you guys are ready.

I'm definitely stoked for another season. The 40th season of Buzzer Beater

Thank you for the warm welcome, and I'm glad to be back in one of the more active div 2s. Unfortunately I end up here not having been successful in tanking to get the 18 y/o HoF prospect I was aiming for, but I've learnt my lesson trying that strategy. Looking forward to a tough fought season.

Hey everyone, most of you probably don't remember me, but I was in this league 14 seasons ago. Hopefully I don't get relegated this time!

Well, a close game victory on TV for the first game should really give you a boost for you staying, merchandise and standing wise (Considering all the games in our conference today were within 10 points).

On another note, that's cool you've been playing for a while. Looking at the league 14 seasons ago, it seems that you and Hakeem were in the same conference (Even now)

No problem. Although...that wasn't really my intention. I thought I could train a prospect at 1 position, while playing with the starters would yield me a win. That's what I get for underestimating the opponent. On a side note, it seems Calgary has taken a close loss when he tried to train his prospects as well.

Also, Woody, I'm sure you'll be able to rack up at least a few wins

Yup, I was pretty lucky to eke out a win there. Poor Spitfires loosing by a buzzer beater again.

It seems like Quebec Gators may go bot if they don't log in soon, so that should be at least 1 more win. The rest of the league looks like it's going to be awfully close, this is going to be a fun season.

Yeah, I don't have any luck lol. I think this is going to be a little bit of a transitional season for me. I need to start training some young players as most of my core is aging.
