How would you compare trainer level 4 with fitness specialty to level 5 trainer with no fitness specialty. over longer period, you would train stamina less and more skills with such level 4 trainer. then in a span of many seasons would it be closer or equal to training results of level 5 trainer with no fitness?

If you want to train your players, lvl 5 would always be a choice.

Later you can train stamina (and FT) with lvl 1 trainer when your trainees are finished.

This is where we hold them!

is there any correlation between fouling out and playing low stamina player for 48 minutes with no subs? if it will not cause them to foul out faster, then training stamina later makes sense.

It depends on a player. Some players make fouls with high stamina too, the most important thing is the invisible skill of aggression that we believe every player have.
But it could be that players with lower stamina make more fouls.

In my Utopian team I have few players with 1 or 2 stamina and they don't have foul troubles, they all play 48+ min in one game.

This is where we hold them!

Does trainer level affect training speed for stamina and FT?

There is correlation: worse stamina usually leads to more fouls, but there is only anecdotal evidence about this.

Keepin mind that each player is different and some players do not foul out even on bad stamina and GS because they are less aggressive.
