I got rid of the low/zero value players I drafted and hired another player that could help my team a great deal. I did not deal any of my top 7 players, yet my fan survey question about "I am familiar with the star players and am not afraid that they will be transferred" dropped to 1 1/2 stars. That's just nonsense. This should be adjusted to truly just rate the star players, like the question implies.
There is a randomness that factors in, and the Survey fluctuates every time it's conducted. I was sitting at 2-0, fresh off a 22-0 season and a Championship, and my "I am pleased with the team's performance this season" was a 3...I lost my 3rd game, and it went up to 4. Go figure, it happens :-)
It's just a "picture" not hugely important in the grand scheme of things.
