Hello everyone!

japanguro here, trying to manage SG U21.

First of all, I'd like to tell you that we´re on a great chance to re-build our U21. I´ve been scouting our players last weeks as I were waiting for draft results and realized the good potential players we have.
So, draft happened and increased that bunch (I got an ATG!!). We need to focus on training and a guide for that so we can provide solid bases for the future of our NTs.

I'm a very committed manager and know that we've had some trouble about commitment, in order of U21 threads in forums, training plans, etc. I can promise that it won't happen again.
In addition, I'll try to engage the entire community with the SG U21.

Hope you guys trust in this project, and vote for me.

Regards,
J

Well most of you already know me but for those who do not know me, I'm Kwan manager of Kwan's Lakers. I am very active in the BB forums.
Because of this I know all the tools to take the NT21 and in fact Burtsawin sent several players to put them in the team.
I think we can do a better job of scouting and the most important thing to contact the managers to follow the training of the players and help them, if they want to excite them with having a player in our national team.
On the other hand, I have plenty of free time.
I´n willing to do a match analysis of everything we play and because we played like this.
I´m also willing to help anyone who wants to collaborate put him in the staff.
Well, any questions I´ll be happy to answer.
And push Singapore

Wah, everyone put up a speech. So I just put one up lo, for formalities.

Hello, I'm back after years (yes years, not seasons) of inactivity. Used to be a good friend of J-Lion (Pekanbaru Jaguars or something, right? Iirc he came back with another team before and J-Lion is his second IGN, can't remember his first) back in the early seasons of BB when both of us were U21 managers of our respective country.

I think I was U21 manager for a few years before the community thought I was underperforming and decided replace me with a foreign GM (who previously failed very badly in his 2 seasons as NT coach for his own country). Needless to say, he failed very badly with our local U21 and I got my place back. Sadly I kinda lost touch and didn't really have any motivation left, partly because I felt betrayed by my former community (and also a close friend of mine, who was the main force behind getting me kicked out).

So one day I got all nostalgic and decided to come back into the game, and starting a team in Singapore (since I've moved here already) seems like a good option to start anew and leave the ghosts of my past behind. A lot has changed since I last played, so it's like a whole new game to me, although I guess some of my previous knowledge can still serve me well. Just joined this election for fun really. Hopefully the manager who wins would bring glory to our U21. Just noted despite having a pretty good looking resume (although yea the years of inactivity makes it look bad too lol), I can't really be of much help at the moment. Still trying to claw around the game. I can contribute, but only in small things like training maybe (don't even have good prospects, meh, but hopefully in the future xD ).

Anyway anyone knows what happened to J-Lion? Is he still playing?
