Hi all,

My name is Vincent, and I am a very experienced manager from the Netherlands.

I would like to become the new manager of Ireland. I want to bring the team to the next level. Realistic Ireland will not be winning next championship. But I want to create a foundation with some managers and a trainingprogram for the managers. This should give Ireland better players for the future and a better balanced team.
