Looks like I made it back to the 1st D3 league I got into. Was here way back in season 30 I feel old even though I'm just a college student right now.

Glad to be back in D3 with some real competition, good test for me while I train Mrosla up for the NT.

Welcome back and the Sharks hope to give you a sweep this year for your welcoming gift. That goes for you too, Yawps. Glad to see two good managers back in the league and in our Division.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I couldn't hack it in a higher division last season, so I'm back to throw down against some other great managers. Your squad trounced me a few times in our history!

Team Gamewinner and I were actually finals opponents in Season 44, and I never look forward to playing that squad. Same goes to the Iron Dukes, who I have played 14 (!!!) times with painful results. I don't even wanna mention the Tigers, who I have played 8 times with not a single victory to boast about.

Looking forward to the competition everyone!

Good to compete with you again! I always enjoy our matches, and I have been quite lucky in some of those 8 matches. I'm figuring you'll close the game on our record this year...

Damn games suck balls when your best player can't suit up.

Sucks even more when you're paying 200k for your level 7 trainer and keep getting swiped on trainers left and right. Back in the day 4M could get you a level 7 trainer that's not the case anymore

Can't make any improvements to roster until I switch out my trainer

200k for a trainer? Damn. Are the extra pops worth it versus a lvl 4 or 5 dude?

Just a couple observations

The league average for staff is 65951 so the total amount spent by the league is 1055216 per week for staff. 'tough' is paying 200k just for his trainer. That's 19% of the total paid by the league for staff and brings the average per team down to around 57k. Got a feeling that some teams in this league are paying next to nothing for staff. (I'm at 55k)

I was using a lvl 5 until Miller's salary got out of hand and I couldn't move him. Using a lvl 4 now. My goal over my career was to build a team from the draft with training. So far I'd say I'm failing.

I believe that your squad is good enough to compete in this league. The biggest tip that I can give you is to take care of your enthusiasm and game shape. The last 3 seasons or so I've noticed that Miller is playing too many minutes and your team is suffering for it. Right now, 2 of your best guys have a GS of average...and at this level...that wont get it done against the better teams in our L. Keep Miller and your key guys at 60-65 minutes a week and see what the difference is. You'd be surprised at the difference between a strong or proficient GS versus average and respectable.
