In 1v1 forwards training, it takes how many weeks for a 19y old player pop inside shooting with a world class trainer and a exceptional yt

Also, my trainees have 190cm/188cm but they poped inside defende every two weeks this season despite the height, so probably they will pop IS (if i choose train IS for C) in the same frequency then ID or will take longer?

Please point me in the direction of the Training Simulator and what do you mean by use Coach Parrot? Thanks in advance for any info you can give
