do you pay newly bought staff member's salary the same week or only after next economy update?

Thanks. On related note, is it worth buying a PR manager for me? Besides me, there will be 3 teams stronger than me in my div., while other teams are bots. So Im certainly getting into PO, but I dont plan making a deep run.

Actually a great training facility
Generally PR is only worth his salary in DIV I or DIV II. Had him in DIV IV, does absolutely nothing

If you recruit staff from your own player, will salary increase in a same way than external staff?

I wish it wont but I guess it will....

Anyone facts?
