I believe my leadership, organizational skills, and communication skills make me uniquely qualified to lead this team forward. I'm a dedicated leader who is committed to listening to your concerns and working tirelessly to address them. I'm not afraid to make tough decisions, but I'll always do so with the best interests of the USA in mind.

My fellow Americans,

I am manager FeelthePressure and I have decided to run to be your next U21 manager. I have been a long time player of the game with 2 different teams active from S16-S31 and now from S47 onwards. I am a very skilled manager in the game in terms of both player development and tactics, recently having brought my main team to the NBBA and making the USA tournament final. I have also been a U21 manager for 8 seasons with Cyprus and then South Africa. While there, I worked with A Warrior and EBW gaining knowledge of the U21 workings. I have had major success with those micronations including qualifying for worlds twice with South Africa. Additionally with the resources of the USA I am sure we can defend our Americas and worlds title. I also have a lot of experience with player development. I know what will and will not work with player builds at the U21 worlds level. As well as knowledge to experiment with potential builds to gain a competitive advantage. I already have been active in the USA discord channel for years and already quite familiar with some of the players that will form the core of the team this season. I hope you will consider my the position this season.
