My friend team jy19 (25407)

His starter of PF is always replaced by his Sub , for last three games.

Following is his last team setting

His starter of PF is Zhao Guohui (4528015)

His Sub of PF is Fang Yingliang (2984947)

Sub : Coach picks from depth chart

But after game starts , the Sub will become Starter , Why ?
" Coach picks from depth chart "
Is this the reason ? The coach will exchange the starter and Sub by himself ?
