I don't know is it a bug, but the standings are still not refreshed... I thought they have been moved by half hour, but now it's ten o'clock and there are still no changes... Any explanation?

BB games don't last the same amount of clock time. If your game has a lot of fouls and timeouts it will finish later than another game with fewer stoppages.

So the old update time reflected what was thought to be a fairly lengthy game, and they have now added another 30 minutes just to catch a few more that last an extremely long time.
