Hi. I'm getting quite frustrated with the apparent fan reset every season. I have won the danish championship and the danish cup for 3 straight seasons. And as far as season ticket holders, it's a joke. I have been dominating the danish league and cup, smashing most opponents. Having seasons without a single league or cup loss. And still I dont have more than 2!!!!!!!!!!! season ticket holders (sth) than my league rival (Who has not won a cup or league since season 5!, he did loose to cup finals to me since and I always beat him in the semi leaguefinals)

I have 4010 sth and he has 4008.
To teams that moved up in the dbl last season has around 3600 each and another conference rival of mine has 3909 even though he has only ever won a second place cup (lost to me).

I sold out my PO games last season as usual, but 1. game of this new season at home, I was down 5000 fans at the arena. Thats just not realistic. The hottest ticket in town must be the D..n champs. I won the double 3 straight seasons, it would be fair if I had at least 20-40% more sth than my nearest rival, rigth? Espcially when thinking of all the games I have won. There is no price for winning, and keeping a championship team going is really tough (with insane C saleries at the moment).

Either make the fans act continous from season to season or give some kind of reward to teams that fare well. It's not realistic with the current make. Know that lesser teams have to have a chance to get to the finals and win. But there has been the lesser revenue for top teams for some seasons now (now gone again) and more are in place. Please fix this.

How do you others feel about this?

STH are soft-capped at about 4,000 in the top division level.

I don't see what the problem is -- if you're winning a lot, and he isn't, you're receiving way more money from gate receipts.

His ticket prices are lower.

If you ask me, the STH system is designed to provide a level field for competition. You won't be allowed to have significantly more STH than any team in your league -- they're supposed to be able to compete with you.

Making the division semi-finals and the cup final is not too shabby at all, so your rival is doing pretty well.

And again, if you're winning the cup, and winning the league every season, you're making about roughly $1,000,000 per season that your rival isn't making. I think this is a handsome reward for your efforts.

Well, No again. We have both had one game in the new season. His gate got him 440602$ I got 4000 less. That amazes me as I (sorry for repeating myself) won the double last season and he won nothing.

Well, this is because you're having a tough time selling out all of your seats. How do you expect to sell out your stadium with $18 BLEACHER SEATS?

Edit: Also, I see that you're putting in more bleacher seats. If you can't sell out your bleacher seats now, then why are you putting in more?

Well I was selling out more or less, untill the reset. And as I wrote. I'm double champ, so one would expect there to be a sellout crowd.

I expanded to experiment with ticket prices. A few days after, I saw that the GM's are planning to impliment ways to make bigger arenas less attractive....

Also if you look at my rivals Luxury boxes and prices. He has had much more luck charging a few hundered $ more than me and attracting more fans to those seats.

I don't know about the new season.

But let me reinforce: if you eliminate this guy in the semifinals and you beat him in the Cup final, this should be $1,000,000 extra income for you -- $300,000 from the Cup final, and ~$700,000 from the 2 home games in the league final.

Do you find this insufficient?

Well 1mill now a days aint much. So yes, I find insufficient, and I only got 1 finals home game. I can understand that you dont agree, and that's all right. But I still think that it does not add up after winning the double for 3 straight seasons.

My position on the situation is that top teams shouldn't be allowed to become exponentially better by brute force (which means by gaining heaps of new income), so that the runners-up have a chance to catch up with them. It's a critical playability component.
