Few steps.. 1-drop your players to 10-12 players. 2-dont do 3 positionn training, 3 try to buy american born players (more merchandise money) 4- only train players between the ages 17-22 I think the trainning slows big time after 22. 5 Buy atleased an advanced level trainer 6 if you are going to spend money on a player dont over pay and get the SKILLS you need.. not necccasary the potential! This is my first full season so if you build ur team right thing ill fall in place.
