Any player that gets 48 minutes or more receives maximum training; for training purposes, there is no difference between 48, 53, 62, 95, etc.
There are several threads about game shape on the forums. In my opinion, the sweet spot for ideal game shape is between 50 and 65 minutes. I also believe that anything under 24 minutes or over 90 minutes is very bad for game shape, and should be avoided. These numbers are approximate, so I would count 89 minutes as very bad for game shape.
