But you save some money at the same time. If you keep train the OD and JS, his salary may jump to $15000+ weekly. You know what, it really make me headache. The player's JS rating from 14 to 15 could cost you $6000 per week. My arena still not as big as Team Dragon, if I train my player and end up cost $50000 per month 2 seasons later, he will become my liability at D3.

Beside, Team Dragon is FXXXXXX crazy, his arena is very big, actually bigger than enough. He get $200000+ weekly from his arena (250K last game). If he manage his team and ticket price well, I believe he could be one of the power house in Canada after 2-3 seasons.

"Yeah III.7 is a huge change for me compared to the greatly competitive III.8 where i had to have a nearly 400k salary to promote.

Adding to that, is III.8 the most competitive league in Division III? "

You could say they are one of the most competitive league in D3, but I don't think those 4 leading teams' a wealth team as well. They will come back to D3 one season after they got promote. Just like Rasta Raptors (got promotion 2 seasons ago at III.7 now at III.14), Great Ming (got promotion last season, and I have confident he will come back to D3 next season)

yes they are the most competitive. i agree that they will demote shortly after as well just like I did. its because when they get up there, they are at a disadvantage compared to the other division III promoters. Ex: I promoted with -300k becuase my division was that intense. I needed to spend that much money to promote. After the 500k bonus, I only had 200k. Many of the other teams who promoted had close to 1 Mill.

Some of the managers int hat league are some of the most knowledgable.
Rouge et Or, Silver Palominos, DLeague, Squalor, Sierra Madre City, Tribe, and MasSoul are all very strong teams who can reach the finals in most Division III leagues. The Big 8 conference is one of the hardest conferences (probably the hardest) in division III (it was even stronger when I was there). im not saying that there are better team managers in III.8, im just saying that it is bad luck that all those managers in Division III are looking to promote right away, making the league more competitive.

In III.7, there are many good managers but I think only around 3 teams are really looking at promoting this season.
As for my promotion, I promoted too quickly. I think I fared decently well in Division II with the limited resources I had, but my team was just not good or young enough.

As for training, what is your end goal? To make the U21, to have a solid salary-efficient player, to have the satisfaction of being the one to develop your own player? youre doing a good job so far and i think you are a good manager who knows what hes doing

and Finally, I just wanted to share how mad I am at being knocked out of the cup in round 1. I forgot to set my lineup, I would have crunched and with HCA and his starting lineup, Im pretty sure I would have won or at least put up a fight.

My question is, you still wanna keep your roster at this price? $150K weekly payroll is good enough to take the title in III.7 if 1.Team Dragon still wanna save money here more seasons. 2. you really know how to manage your club.

I could see you didn't setup your ticket price and cost you're overdrawing now. You have to find a way to stop bleeding, otherwise you will save LESS money for future's run except try to take that 1M promotion prize.

I don't have any plan for my trainee yet, but I could see the cost to train 1 player may too much for me. My number 1 goal still focus on the size of my arena. I had argued with lots of D1 people few seasons ago, I said, BB is not a fair game for new gamer, because our arena is too small at the beginning and we don't have any chips on hands to fight with those power house at the top league. However, lots of ppl there just consider I just BS over there. Never mind, I still working on my test and research, hopefully my team will be ready soon.

Yeah that's very knowledgable and good advice. You're right about the arena price as well. I'm just going to have to see how this goes

I also expect your team to be very good in 2 seasons hopefully by then I would have already promoted!
