Stamina is trainable so I think it is the most underrated skill (to train).

On the podium for sure JR and SB, for me.

JR on the other hand is (salary wise) one of the most overrated skills.

I'll add my vote for stamina. More quality minutes out of starters>slightly better minutes out of bench.
