not in public , the discuss should be private .

first , user post a complain public to make a case .
second , arbitrator ask for all the proofs , discuss in some hide board , double check
third, arbitrator post the result public , the administration behavior is proper or improper

this process is well accepted in lots of forums.

it seems we are making progress , applause for that !

GM deal with the cheater report , and appeals goes to other more experienced staff . maybe it will speed up the current cheat dealings a lit bit .
