Congrats to flamengo. I'm selfishly very happy about this result. Good riddance lol, now you can stop pounding my team. Hopefully we get a few weak promotees in this conference.

it could not have been scripted better!!! i lose my best player and we lose in the championship game! depth was the only reason i lost all year and what do you kno it cooked me in the final! wow............ i can't lie i'm disappointed

It was a hell of a season, lots of work just to lock in the #1 spot of the conference, very tough season.

You had higher enth and HCA, so my only chance to promote was if you had an injury, so my plan was to stretch the series to 3 games to try and force an injury. With a 6-man lineup it would happen at some point, you were lucky for a long time, but unfortunately it hit you in that game.

Luck was the decisive factor in the series, you definitely had the better starting 5, but the lack of depth hit you at the worst possible time. Either way, very fun season, I didn't see that people were keeping the forum going until later in the season, which is why I didn't join the conversation earlier.

Good luck to everyone, this will be a very competitive league for a long time

Not looking forward to another year having to face BucsBlue, but I'm up for the challenge!

Hey i knew it would happen also!!! i was just begging to get out of the playoffs healthy and then address depth in year 1 of D2 where i'd have more money etc.... sadly it didn't play out like that. Now i have to regroup and see what direction to take. Sadly i'm still in the same boat... not much money, NO depth, but 3 VERY GOOD players. so hopefully even if i take a few losses early i can accumulate a little wealth to add some players in the second half of the season. What i did learn is being #1 doesn't matter much just have to be there in the end. so look for a slow bucsblue start while we gather funds. but a push late at the ultimate goal of promoting! best of luck
