On a side note, it seems Calgary has taken a close loss when he tried to train his prospects as well.


Yup, I was pretty lucky to eke out a win there. Poor Spitfires loosing by a buzzer beater again.


Yeah, I don't have any luck lol. I think this is going to be a little bit of a transitional season for me. I need to start training some young players as most of my core is aging.

Anyone do the tutorial implemented this season? I think that would definitely help out new teams and I wonder about the rewards

I did the tutorial and got a 28yo HOF player with 11k salary (Mallette (43915991)). Seems like a good tool for new managers to gain some improved players for their squads.

Wow, I thought it would be a young 3-4k prospect. A 28yr old HOF with 11k seems pretty good to me. It's extra depth and maybe a bit more merchandise money. When I finished the tutorial, all I got was 10k...currently, I got all the steps done, except the referral of a friend as of now. By the way, did you get the 10k as well?

I didn't notice if I got the 10k or not. For the refer a friend, you can just type in a random email and it will accept it. As for the last step to 'watch a live game', all you need to do is replay one of your other games for a second.

Do you mind if you check in economy for the 10k? It says new manager update I think. I did the same with a random email and I didn't get the player ):

Did you get your player immediately? Or did it take a while?

I didn't get 10k based on my economy page. It took a couple minutes to receive my player after completing all the steps.

I got the 10k instead...I would rather take the 10-12k 28yr old player for more depth. Oh well...

Never mind...

This morning I checked, it seems like I gained 10k. Now it seems like I lost that same 10k and I didn't get a depth player either... ):

I got the short end of the stick...Anyone else with their experience on the tutorial?

Looks like you're not the only one with the issue of not receiving a player per (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...) and (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...)

There is speculation that BB is attempting to fix the bugs with it.

Alright I got the player. I recommend everyone to do the tutorial. I got a player that is extremely one dimensional but MVP potential at age 24 from the tutorial.

Does the player gained from this for everyone have extremely high Experience?
