I did not spell out the details of our conversations to the public, I am not looking for social justice, seems more like you are

I continue to preach that the U21 manager needs to help build a community if we ever want to succeed
I also was asking if IS is critically important, as I feel this should be a larger discussion for those who care about the U21

My intention is for you and for the community to understand whatever method you are trying is very negative and isolating managers who want to help the program

Like we said earlier last season, no one is disagreeing with your game tactics, its just how you are handling the human side of things

It's not too hard to send a message to every manager of draft players with potential > perennial allstar (or allstar) asking if they want to train their player for the U21. Like I said, it's something like 30 managers tops each season.

If you wait until the players are 20yo, you miss a whole lot of potential player who could have received training and rely solely on the few managers that know what to do, no wonder the team is not 100% to your liking!

he already said above that he doesn't even do scouting right out of the draft, let alone see which players are of potential use, and to bother to message them

and@NBA_4_fun, stop trying to throw shade at Music_Chick.

Holy shit what a sad state of affairs.
It's a U21 team, not rocket science.
Maybe someone that knows what they're doing needs to run again in a few months.

of the 180, maybe a third have allstar+ potential and maybe half of these have sufficient starting skills (any 18yo or a 19yo with 55+ tsp), so that's like 30 players. Of these 30 players, you need at least 10 to be trained to get a starter + backup lineup 4 years later. The numbers speak for themselves, if you got only 2 or 3 managers involved you're in trouble, and you need 10 players EACH season.
I understand that you can't really do that in big european nations but come on, it's a 1hour job once every 4 months. And it's just to get the ball rolling with the managers. Not everyone is like you, wanting to train players for the U21 from the beginning. He's the one having the big picture and being able to see wether we got something like 20 big prospects and 5 guards or vice versa, he's the one that got to lead the dance. Otherwise you end up in situations like nowadays where he has players on the team that are "not good enough" for him because they lack in certain areas, but play nonetheless because that's all he got

music chick did create an offsite, I even got to test it out for her. But there is a communication problem between these 2 so don't know where it ended
