of the 180, maybe a third have allstar+ potential and maybe half of these have sufficient starting skills (any 18yo or a 19yo with 55+ tsp), so that's like 30 players. Of these 30 players, you need at least 10 to be trained to get a starter + backup lineup 4 years later. The numbers speak for themselves, if you got only 2 or 3 managers involved you're in trouble, and you need 10 players EACH season.
I understand that you can't really do that in big european nations but come on, it's a 1hour job once every 4 months. And it's just to get the ball rolling with the managers. Not everyone is like you, wanting to train players for the U21 from the beginning. He's the one having the big picture and being able to see wether we got something like 20 big prospects and 5 guards or vice versa, he's the one that got to lead the dance. Otherwise you end up in situations like nowadays where he has players on the team that are "not good enough" for him because they lack in certain areas, but play nonetheless because that's all he got

music chick did create an offsite, I even got to test it out for her. But there is a communication problem between these 2 so don't know where it ended

Hey BB Canada,

So there has been a lot of flak thrown around and am Not here to do that. One thing I remember in my earlier stint in BB was seasonal depth chats of 18-21 year olds. This gave me the want to train players to see them raise through the charts. So what I am going to attempt to do is something similar, I have created a spreadsheet which should make it easy enough to do. I will be messaging all Canadian Manager with players 18-20 that have even the slightest of chances of making the team(with training), I have already compiled a list, Though if you know of any players playing out side the country let me know. like farm teams in Utopia:

I only plan to post player name team name and positions as to not give info to other countries. if the Charts get updated twice a season possibly this will encourage training young Canadians.

Overall PG SG SF PF C (Ranked 1-5ish)
20yr olds PG SG SF PF C (Ranked 1-5ish)
19yr olds PG SG SF PF C (Ranked 1-5ish)
18yr olds PG SG SF PF C (Ranked 1-5ish)

Let's so how this attempt goes.

Brilliant idea Hightoppace!

It will be good to get the community involved and engaged and competitively training to see how their trainees stack up! I look forward to seeing your charts and am open to helping out if you need another person!
