Okay
Questions for candidates.
If you aren't successful with your regular team, how can you be successful with a NT?
Why are you interested in SA?
What can you do with a country with such a small community?
Favorite Animal and why?
Why are you any better at the job then anybody else?
What will you do different than the current coach?

1. I don´t think, I am not successful with my regular team. This season I reached the 2nd Czech league - so far this is my biggest succes on BB probably. Btw. I also successfully train players for U21. The both play this season in their countries. I believe, I can be succesfull with a NT, because to be successful doesn´t mean only that I must be successful with my regular team... Especially, it is important to have time and pleasure for the hard work - that all I have.

2. As I wrote in my candidate speech, I am a fan of the African basketball and I want to make a great success with SA. I like your country and I want to bring the regurlarly success here in BB World.

3. Of course, I know, there is very small community in SA. But I believe, the active managers are able to speak with me about trainig players etc. And me, I have team also in Utopia and I am able to buy some talented SA players and train them in my team.

4. I like fish! :) Just because I like catching them! :)

5. Well, I think if someone wants to be succesfull, he must to love the job, have a time for it and some theoretical and practical knowledge - all this I can offer to you.

6. I know your last coach was very successful with SA. I don´t know exactly how he has been working, but I want to work so hard like him... As I wrote in my answer no. 3, I want to speak to your community about training and me want to train players for SA. I also would like to create a database of players in excell so we have a good point of view of all players of SA and their training.

Coach_McGowan> So you thought you were running for u21? Next! :D

Kaprman> The previous NT coach won the African Championship in season 27. The roster remains quite the same. Anything other than a medal here would be a disappointment. Do you think you are good enough to accomplish this goal? Convince us please. ;)

Some good experience in effective communications may help you.

Winning a medal, not gold, with South Africa will be a major success. Roster has limits and tricky strengths, but new rules about blank lineup will require some test as team will behave differently than in the past. I will be keen on sharing my thoughts with my successor.

A relatively broad DB includes currently all players making sense under NT perspective. I am leaving active the current "best list" of 17 players in the roster, not all mature for NT yet but all requiring a bit of attention. I can provide a separate list (badly formatted due to extraction from DB) of all players 23y or more. List should be extended with U22, as I frankly hadn't time in last few months - the main reason to leave this NT.

As I stated in my "memories", this roster can last one or two mandates maximum, so point action on ALL promising single players is mandatory to survive in mid term: this is the thing I mostly recommend. In last 3 mandates, and in my past U21 mandate/scouting experience, Ebene is the only local manager regularly responding. Diego10 is for sure a Spanish-SouthAfrican kind of manager with the passion he put on Themba Sebe (not the best player, the best is Motihala). You need loads of patience.

@Ebene: my favourite animal is cat, no doubt. Why haven't you asked me in the past!??
