You may never know. I played a top 50 seed last season while be ranked 599, and I ended up blowing them out.

Guess it depends on how they play their league games. Some might assume the victory is guaranteed, and you can sneak a CT/good lineup on them.

yes you can. I would look at their starter and see how they play their minutes. also look at game shape. That also shows a good indication that they aren't resting and getting more tired. I wish you the best in your cup game.
