Allstar is plenty for a PG. Mine is only star and has a decent shot to make the team next season.

For a guard all-star is probably fine for the u21 team but is nowhere near the full NT. Star is pushing it and I think it may keep some players out of u21 contention in upcoming seasons.
The pitiful/atrocious handling/driving are a bigger issue in my mind, but I guess if you're going to have any bad guard skills you'd want it to be those two.

Do you train on the one skill for a full week? Example: [Inside Scoring: SF/PF/C] Monday thru Friday?

training happens friday morning. You can switch your training as much as you like but whatever training happens friday morning is what your guys will actually learn with the trainer.

what u said about the Primary's or PF's and C's I think Driving should be there too because if your posts have liek Marvolus IS but no driving then its pretty Pointless. but if they had like Proficient IS and proficient Driving then i think that the player would be better

A number of the more quantitatively inclined buzzerbeater managers assert that for most big men in most offenses driving has almost no impact on their offensive abilities. I don't think I would go so far as to say it is useless (I think every skill has some use in this game) but my experience is that the difference on centres and power forwards between low driving and moderate driving (say pitiful to respectable) is not at all apparent. (in theory having a very high driving powerforward might do something, but I am unwilling to spend time trying it) Given the choice between an extra few levels in driving or putting them into another secondary or tertiary skill I would pick JS, handling, passing and even OD before I worried about driving.

And I would much, much rather have marvelous IS and pitiful DR on a centre than double proficient. No question about it.

I'd still go with Prolific/pitiful, particularly on a centre.
I really have never seen any evidence that driving makes much of a difference for big men, at least when they're paired with at least semi-competent guards who can get them the ball.

from a personal experience level, my PF right now has atrocious driving and hes scoring 21.5ppg and shooting 56.2%
hes getting to the FT line
dont see how driving has a big influence at all...

My PF has proficient driving and hes scoring 22.5 and shooting 61.1% and he sometimes get to the freethrow line
My C has awful driving and gets like 15.2 pts/game and 65.9% but he gets free throws less often as well
but i must say, these 2 stat lines arent really comparable since their GS changes from game to game and so does the amount of time they get to play.
