Fun stat. Shows how tough the league is.
As normal, the Express are hovering right around the middle.

You guys are looking pretty good. I have to come to your house for a TV game. I'm liking the idea of that less and less
My bad -- you're coming to me, so I do like it

Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).
Post your handle on here once you get verified in Discord and we'll pull you into the league chat -- where a lot of the things you're talking about are what we talk about.

good young prospects with high potential
I hate to break it to you but you do not have anyone that fits that criteria. Join the discord as mentioned and there are plenty of people to help you out.

While you may not like the way he formatted his comment, RC is 100% correct. The players with high potential you have will never reach anywhere close to their cap because they are too old. Training speed is dictated by age, starting to train low salary players at 22 years old is a waste of recourses and any experienced manager in the game would tell you the same thing.
Like WTS said, if you actually want help then join the discord, I’m an admin there and can get you recourses and explain further. However, nobody is going to help you if you can’t take criticism about your team and resort to name calling when there’s something said you don’t like.

I didn't ask for any help......read my original statement again. Coach your own team. Train your own players & have faith in your own players. I have faith in mine.

Have fun trying to figure everything out on your own instead of getting help and doing it the right way from the start. If it were me starting out, I'd be using all of the information I could and talking to all of the successful managers playing for over 30+ seasons. You are inexperienced, and I feel bad sitting there watching you make mistakes so I decided to agree with RC who was correctly pointing them out.
However, if you wanna make the mistakes yourself and deal with the fallback, feel free.
