Are you talking about Enthusiasm?? I do TIE all year but will do normal here and there if I think I can steal a win. I am doing the homegrown method so I don't use the transfer market and just use players I have drafted or got with the original team.

Right now my Ent is at inspired, but will go down at least 1 level before my next game. Maybe 2.

Honestly, just minutes. But I have been feeding Chat GPT BuzzerBeater info all season. I have tried to give players personalities and stuff like that. Will see how it goes. Work is really trying to incorporate AI more, (Teacher here) so it has been fun to include BB into that.

The reports are created instantly, and I just fine tune them a little bit. But its really fun, I TOTALLY recommend it.
