3. Determination- I have the determination to keep the team as a Worlds competitor and Americas competitor while expanding our community and motivating players

I have the determination to keep the team as a Worlds competitor and Americas competitor while expanding our community and motivating people to train players. I want to help my country as much as possible. I do not want the U21 team to start to head down a bad path. I understand that as U21 manager I will not have a job, I will have a duty. I am determined to make sure that we are still a competitor while planning for the future and expanding our community and motivating people to train players.

If the manager of the U21 team, is not determined to be a successful manager that will lead to bad things. The team will fall into ruins. If that happens, some people might fall of the ship and we will have to try to rebuild the team back to the great place it is at now.

With me as manager you will know that I have to determination to do my best at everything I do as manager.

Stay tuned to this forum for my closing speech.

Why did I run for U21 manager? I want to help the USA U21 team as much as possible. I feel that I can help the team out as much as possible if I am the U21 manager. As I said before this is because I have time to do the work, organization to help me out with the work, and the determination to do the best that I can.

I am the type of person that does not back down from a challenge. It does not matter if we are outmatched and have very little shot at winning a game, I will always be hoping for that little chance that we can win. Whether it seems like a small game to some, like a game against the Bahamas, or a big game, like a game against Poland. In my eyes they are all big games. If I am elected as U21 manager you will find that I do not like to lose and I will do my best to become better and win the next game.

I am capable of a lot. If I become manager, I am capable of helping lead our team to the World championship just like Rambo did. Not only that I am capable of getting valued members to join the offsite and keep the whole community informed and involved in all decisions.

Not trying to offend any of the candidates, but do you really think that they want this responsibility to help out the community. Or do they want this responsibility for publicity and maybe even fame across the Buzzerbeater world. As I said earlier, I am not wanting to become manager for that. I want to become manager because that is the position that I think I can best help the team be successful.

Have the candidates even shown dedication to this duty? In my opinion, no. None of them created a thread like I did. They all did the bare minimum, which was answering your questions. Would you want someone who did the bare minimum as U21 manager? Would you want someone who went the extra mile as the U21 manager? I know that I would want the person who went the extra mile, regardless of who they were.

I hope you consider everything I have said not only in this thread, but in the debate thread too. I know that I am the best candidate for U21 manager. I hope that you now know that I am the best candidate too.

Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have any questions or comments do not be afraid to ask me.

Here's a question for ya, last season the reason you gave us that we should vote for you for NT manager was, "The only people elected to be national team manager is the above average and i think it is time for change."

Probably one of my favorite posts ever! When I read your well thought out posts in this thread I almost wonder if I'm writing to a different person. Do you still feel that is good reason to vote for you or do you feel you are an above average manager now?

You have shown remarkable enthusiasm in this election, I hope after the election you choose to actually get involved with the program, like the other candidates have been, because we could use more people with your energy. But if not I will continue to enjoy your Americas team thread

I think last season I grew as a manager. In a way I am still the average manager, but I feel that I am starting to become the above average manager.

So to quote Miley Cyrus, "You get the best of both worlds"?

Why settle for the best of both worlds when you can have the best of America?
