Thanks Cletus, its good to be back.

I am looking forward to the draft and then appear to have a long season of bot bashing to get some quality training time in.

That looks to be a very nice change.

What level trainer should I try and grab at my level?

Hi,

I am sorry if I try to answer your question and non-Canadian. I would start with level 4, it is the most efficient level in terms of training progress and costs (both, salary and transfer fee). And welcome back to the game. I like to see older managers coming back to the game. may many of the follow you.

im running advanced
seems to be working out decent, plus the bidding prices are worse than before for low salary advanced and above trainers

You can also "promote" one of your player, it's expensive for high level trainers, but for level 4-5 it's quite good because the salary is low. Only thing is it's a one time deal

I'd say it depends on the type of trainee you want to pick up. If you are trying to train a couple high end trainees, I'd dish the extra money for a L5 (ideally w/ fitness). If you are training eventual div 2 starters, you could pick up perrenial allstar potential and a L4 trainer. Personally, I'd go with the former.
