Well, this, IMO, is leading to my sucess in last season(1st in Slovenia). In my team also, there is no No1(OK, I have a man with 20 PPG etc..)but every player can "explode" and scores 20 point on important match...
OK, one question for you...you are training PGs nad SGs, aren't you? So, can you give me an advice, which skills are important for these two positions? Maybe I can tell you same for PF/C...

i dont train PG/SG never have but if i can invest in a new young PG i will over the coming weeks. my training has been all over the shop... most common is PF/SF one to one mixed with SG/SF Jump Shot and Outside shot as i can squeeze all my trainiees into these regimes... because only 1 team in my league really worries me with his Outside shooters I am now looking to boost the OD on my best 5 players then probably go down to IS and RB.... I consider my players to be versatile... my PF can play anywhere and my PG could play PF at a push...if you want my advice i say Guards need decent Jump Range (+JS obviously) I then rate HD/DR/PS/IS about the same and if possible i like RB... its only weighted slightly but if you dont train C/PF that little bit extra must help so all my players have average minimum....

my big men have better IS and ID than RB and SB... how do you rank these 4 skills and then what is your preference.. JS PS HN or DR and why?

Ok, thank you for everything....I am also sure that JS and JR are very important, especialy they have influence on FG %...OK, we have same viem on that ;)

About big men: It's normal that IS and ID are better...of course RB is important, and SB is the last. So, I would put these skills so:
Primary:IS+ID(50% - 50%)
Secondary:RB(more=better)
Tertiary:SB(the last, and not so important skill, only addition to ID(let's say that opponents player scores a few baskets less, if you have high SB)

On other skills(JS,PS,HN,DR) I prefer PS and maybe DR. Let me explain: I have PF who has 4.4 APG and his passing is "only" mediocre(5). And we know that good passing leads to easy scoring...ok about DR - this is, in small amounts, important skill for PF, beacuse C never drives on basket(I guess that for dunking and laying ups play needs IS, nor DR)
And last, if you have too much money, you can buy a PF/C with JS. But, I would spend my money on a C with higher IS and ID ;)

Then im happy because you just described Korejwo perfectly. I plan to play/train him at PF for a bit and am on the lookout for someone similar so they can train together...

I also agree on passing as it is difficult to train so if you can buy up front then saves mucking about playing more mins in scrimmages...

keep up the good work and good luck!

Well, I am happy for you and of course I wish you good work and good luck.
Well, if you need PF, I have one on transferlist. But, I am warning you, if you want to have good training on IS,ID,RB and SB, player must be taller than 210 cm(well, at least 205 cm, but that's the limit!)
