I think the TV contract is already set. And it's 1.8 times, not 2 times. Looks like the TV Contract is going way up from last season, up to almost 243k.

Was it a warm welcome? Just seemed like a lot of grumpy old farts (me included) complaining about shit, mostly the draft.

I like how you drew the line at my team, I feel the love.

I also like how your starting lineup is worth about 150k more than my whole team. Someones an overachiever.

Yes welcome new NBBA arrivals. Enjoy watching, or not watching, all of the uninteresting, extremely predictable NBBA matchups every Tuesday and Saturday. Also enjoy getting CTed by random lower division teams who salivate at thought of beating a NBBA team. Enjoy having to decide between playing your starters for your road game, or taking 100 point losses every week just to stay in the cup. Finally enjoy desperately trying to fight off relegation because half the NBBA teams have been here forever.

If someone plays their Rival Away early in the season, and it also happens to be a TV game...that's just piss poor luck. But we don't know the Rivals yet.

Maybe Liberty&Power? Away week 1 for a TV game then also Away during the all-star break. He won't have much free change laying around.

If you want cursed...

My playoff run last season had 4 injuries to starters, & 2 injuries to backups. Yes, 6 injuries!!! Plus getting screwed big time on GS. Oh & early foul outs on top of it. Complete scrubs were deciding game 3 of the finals for me. (I'm not talking about normal backups... but backups of backups).

Imagine having your season literally ride on the performance of players 10, 11 & 12. If you even have that many playable guys on your team? All while going up against a trio of $100k players + 2 others at making as much as your 2nd highest paid player.

Just look at my game 3:
Starting C injured, starting SG/SF injured, PG injured, Backup SF injured, normal starting PG in such bad GS that he only played 2 min the previous game, replacement starting C with instant foul trouble & early foul out, other C with 5 fouls, etc, etc...

And yet you won, so how is that cursed again?
