I've got a ton of scouting points and finally some money in the bank
my plan is the first overall pick
And the buying of the best Canadian 18 year old available next week
it's relegation for sure unless Supreme goes bot
gearing up for a real run next time around
C'mon and beat my brains in everyone
Of course I got the top pick available last time I relegated and only got a perennial AS after spending all the scouting points

If you think it was like cheating getting home advantage
how about the teams that didn't relegate in that division and didn't have to try to hard

You really need to let this go my friend.

I think a lot of it will depend on where Beanz promotes, if he promotes to your side then the balance almost certainly gets even worse because I don't plan to carry as expensive a roster next season. If Supreme goes bot and Beanz comes to our side along with HTG apparently tanking then things will probably even out a lot more if not swing back to our conference.

Not bothered by it at all, just stating a fact
Heck I would do the same thing, just the way it was

And...If Supreme goes bot
Might just be a fine seasonal plan indeed!

The buyer who snapped Philip Collins has a stunning payroll. Let's see how deep pocket he has or how soon he will end up with bankrupted.

4.4m salary and counting.

He's bought Ko Shi Shuai (Green Machine), Philip Collin (Green Machine), Themis Poulikakos (Green Machine), Gioele Peretti (Quebec Pugs) within the past few days and also owns former Naismith player Slaven Bacanović (Harlem Strikers) along with dozens more assorted 200k players.

I almost get the impression he's on some misguided attempt to take advantage of Utopia league and it's going to blow up in his face 1000x over. Or, he's just trying to go bankrupt. Or screw a bunch of NT teams.

EDIT: he sold 8 players since I posted. 4.2m salary now. Remove his lowest 4 salary guys and he has a 19-man, 4.17m+ roster (220k/player).

It seems like he's trying to screw over NT teams, but I can't understand why he wouldn't just fire the 200K players that aren't currently on NTs? And if he's trying to go bankrupt, why sell players?
That said, I'm still thinking he'd like to go bankrupt, have those players get on the market for $1mil, and be lost to their NT teams when nobody bids on them. I hope the BBs would be willing to step in and put them on the market for $1000.

Ya, we don't want to lose Philip Collin for the NT. Whomever is the next NT manager has got try to keep Collins on the NT just so he is not able to be fired. Of course if the team goes bankrupt, Collins might be screwed.

Unless Jutras is aging really well, that could mean losing 2 monster bigs for next season. Even if he's kept on the NT (and the team doesn't go bankrupt and is forced to keep him), you have to assume he'll probably have bad GS.

I honestly don't think losing Collin is a very big a deal because he's so mono-skilled. I didn't think he should have been on the team the past couple of years as it was. We've got several far more well-rounded bigs who I would take ahead of him.

Finding another extremely dedicated team to take on his salary will be impossible. He's a goner.

I still liked him as our back-up C (or starting C with Laurent at PF).
