I was waiting, hoping someone else would take over doing the teams' analysis. Looks like I'm getting welcomed into Naismith by being thrown into the fire, facing 4 of the top 5 salaried teams in Naismith to start of the season... yay?

Don't think anyone asked, but thanks for that insight. Your contribution to this thread has been invaluable.

Congrats on the promotion, bro. We were in the same league at one point. And hey, I think I talked to the Griffins in the chat once. I've never played against or spoken to the Lightning before.

edit: wow, that's some very uninteresting conversation. Sadly, it was all natural.

The Mogul]From II.1 - Above and Beyonds. First appearing on April 1st 2010, A & B is the youngest team yet to have made it to the Naismith, beating out fellow newcomer 85% FG by a mere 4 days of management time.

And pfft, Mogul was wrong here last season. The Snipers were the youngest team (RIP). I was also a tad younger than A & B and 85 FG% by virtue of joining a few months earlier. We know each other and previously discussed it, but it's so totally worth pointing out. Again.

Thanks, congratz on getting back up yourself. Looking through your transfer history, it looks like you're beginning to take a different strategy (or are just busy irl), glad to see. And we must have had a competitive history to get each other as rivals, hopefully we can both stay up and build on that.

Naismith welcomes all the newcomers.

Should be an interesting season here, as there is lots of cash to be spent and several teams that have folded or plan to.

glad to see

For my health and well being, I hope.

Nah, "flipping" is just harder after recent changes and I'm a bit less crazy now (and less motivated by my old PL).

And I just noticed Ottawa Lightning, Ragin Stajans and Above and Beyond are facing the same 4 teams to start of their season; it's conceivable to see four 0-4 teams and four 4-0 teams in the Big 8 to start off the season.
Edit: Or I may be way off in evaluating the teams in our conference...
