They stand for the sub-levels. For instance respectable is a 7. so respectable(low) would be 7.2, (medium) would be like a 7.5, and (high) would be 7.8.

Thank you. That is actually far simpler than I imagined, and quite useful. I was thinking it was some sort of indicator of how much those specific aspects of my game were relevant to the outcome of the game.
