Side effect of better 19 year olds- Bot teams will be better. afterall, human managers don't draft 5/2 A+ players, because we want that potential. but then there's a bot team that wins the lottery drafting a player that by sheer dumb luck is 10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10 with whatever stamina and ft.
