Ever since I got into BB I have always walked the razor's edge with finances. I've always sacrificed savings for winning and trying to promote.

I started pricing what rookies of that caliber were going for and I decided to pull the trigger on selling him to get breathing room for a rebuild or rebuild on the fly.

I have been training an MVP level prospect for the last 2 seasons that started well rounded, and I got a really good 19 yo Per AS with great guard stats to work with. So that made the decision a little easier. It was very tempting to keep Duncan, but I figured selling him was the way to go.

Yeah, I noticed you have a pretty solid MVP trainee. That's good. I was in a familiar situation long ago. Hopefully in the future you'll be able to retain those studs. GL

Yeah, I really wanted to keep him but figured this was best. Plus I would have been in much worse shape financially if I would have tried to go out and get a level 6 or 7 trainer to train him appropriately considering his potential.

The extra cash should make the game more fun for me. It was getting old trying to keep afloat with low reserves and mostly older players. My interest in the game has gone up since the sale and I figure that's what I needed most of all.

Well at least they were gracious enough to give you HCA.

They need to start seeding that tournament. It would be simple to do.

That would be nice, but it sounds like a tedious task to me - too many teams to sort out. I personally like the idea of having an NCAA tournament bracket for teams that reach the round of 64/32.

It wouldn't be tedious at all. The coding would be simple. Each team has a country ranking. The top teams get bots for the first couple of rounds until they are weeded out and then the best remaining team faces the worst; just like any normal tournament.

I wouldn't care if it wasn't tied to the fan survey and attendance. The reality, however, is whomever loses between us will be penalized with lower ticket sales until next season.

The elimination shouldn't effect ticket sales too much, if at all. The other categories should counteract the negatives. Either way, yeah, I hear yah. Good luck.
