Looks like you're not the only one with the issue of not receiving a player per (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...) and (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...)

There is speculation that BB is attempting to fix the bugs with it.

Alright I got the player. I recommend everyone to do the tutorial. I got a player that is extremely one dimensional but MVP potential at age 24 from the tutorial.

Does the player gained from this for everyone have extremely high Experience?

I got mine! Marvelous passing and Tremendous Experience, but the rest of the skills... Not so much LOL

Anyway, good for new teams!

Mine is quite similar. Phenomenal jump shot, prominent jump range and sensational experience, but the rest of the skills are almost non-existent.

This may be an assumption, but I think these new guys are based off actual players that are 10-20k. Say, there was an old guy around the 10-20k mark, then our guys would be based off that old guy (exact skills, potential-wise...just with a change in the age)

I'm actually quite intrigued. Before this tutorial, you wouldn't see guys in their mid-late 20s have 12+ experience. Now, I see some 28-29 year old with legendary exp on the market! (Surprised quite a few players have been fired)

Just wondering, is a 24yr old MVP around 10k still trainable? I think he has the chance to be something great, except his age does kind of limit his ceiling. Still, I can't help, but think he'll be a clutch shooter (And more if I can develop him).

On a side note, your prospect seems pretty good to me. I always felt like passing and experience are the most important for a playmaker, especially at the PG spot. Either way, I believe you should be feeling pretty stoked at your backup PG spot.

A 24yo MVP is still trainable for sure. Pops will be slower then a younger player, but you should be able to get fairly consistent pops for another 3 seasons or so.

As for experience, I don't think it holds as much value as you think it does.

I believe it should be in Preferences and you should be able to reactivate it. If not, try to remember what step you were last on (and what it wanted you to do) and maybe a guide will show up.

Ok thanks, I'll definitely try to train him.

As for experience, it's kind of hard to quantify the impact it makes in a way. I had a SG with high experience back then and he only took 3 shots, which is amazing, considering I knew the opponent's SG is a lockdown defender. That's why often rookies tend to struggle (Lack of talent and experience). Would a 24yr old with decent skills and extremely high experience do better, since he wouldn't force things VS a tougher defence? Would a 24yr old with high amount of skills and low experience jack up shots? It's hard to tell.

One thing is for sure, experience definitely matters at the clutch. Woody, your team is mostly composed of veterans and their play definitely showed in the 4th.

hey boys.. when the tutorial thing came up, i was busy and closed it.. how do i get back to the tutorial?

Hey dude, if you didn't click skip the tutorial, you can get it back just by going to the step you were at. I think the first step was clicking on your team name in the menu(might also be roster or manage my team), so if you click on one of those the tutorial should pop up again.

If you skipped the tutorial, like Ben mentioned, you can get it back in preferences.
