but if you give us some more problem ...
we don't, the one proposing the help through coaching also doesn't.
Help is offered. No more, no less. It is simply not right to hope someone will stay ignorant for long enough to have a player trained by his 21. If someone does it it should be because he wants to. Not because he doesn't know any better.
don't accept some managers the firts week of each season (because we didn't know the skills of his young 18 players ^^)
with all respect but I don't think you can demand such a thing. New managers will make the most mistakes in this early stage. If they want help, we must help them.
They can still choose to train the NT player for you and Joe if you find out he has one.
What are you planning? hey, don't accept new teams, let us check first, if they have a player we are interested in, don't accept him and direct him to us so we can shape the manager into training the prospect. This is not a good practice.
The good practice is: give hi, the coach as soon as he asks. Once you find out he has a prospect, inform him about the prospect and the ability to turn him in to a star player. Inform him about the choice he has to make: either try to improve his entire team, and try to climb the ranks, or train the NT player, climb the ranks, but maybe not as effective and especially in a less economical way but also get the honor of having raised a star.
As the road to the top is long, I think some will be interested to choose for the honor of the Nt player. But the important thing is they realy need to choose for it.
The alternative would be that managers instead of asking for a coach here, wil go and ask their questions and get help everywhere they can, and then you have NO idea who is getting external help or not.
I think it's way better that you are aware of which ones get help. It will ease your work if you can communicate with the coach he is appointed, and try to find out which way the manager wants to take.
I also repeat: if the manager isn't interested in training the player, you can also request to put him for sale. It will likely improve his team if he does, so it would be good coaching as well. I'm positive non-Belgian players might also be interested in training the player.
It doesn't need to be so bad as we might fear.
Standard each new team gets a welcome message from a GM speaking the language they selected. In that message help is offered. So the new teams are offered help right when they start out. A coaching system will only help them, and the game AND the NTs IF those managers decide to choose that path.
They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
