We have our first big game against Saudi Arabia on monday and it is a VERY important game for us.

But there is bad news. Our best player Hashmat Gnanam has been whipped into mediocre GS by his inactive manager and is close to unplayable now. He is by far our best passer! This will really hurt us and now I think we could be the underdogs. Kumar is in strong GS so I think I will promote him to the starting PG spot.

This would make our team look like this:

PG Kumar S/Gnanam M
SG Ghosh R/Singh R
SF Firosh S/Peppin S
PF S.Ishtaq S/F.Ishtaq S
C Dey R/Vikesh S

The Mumbai Lakers were last seen on the 27/3 so will go bot monday week. By then he will have been flogged in 3 games again and will have worse GS. Then he will be sold so it could be 4 weeks until he is in good GS. A bit of a disaster for us as we have all our important games early.

The Saudis do also have some GS issues with three of their backups in bad game shape, but it doesn't compare to losing your best player on a thin, thin squad. Wish us luck India, it is a big game and we will need a lot of luck to win it now.

Our best player having a mediocre GS...this is too sad :S It couldn't be any worse.

I think king of bb, Mumbai Lakers and hellkiller s 5 will go bot on the 9th of May, not the coming 2nd of May.

Also is Hashmat Gnanam getting trained? Any skill pop from yesterday's training update? I hope that the manager set some kind of training at PG so that at least something is improving during the absence of the manager.

You are correct about the 9th of May, that is why I will have to add their players on Monday and risk the GS drop by removing a couple of others.

As for the training of Gnanam and others.

It is also a little sad to look at the 14 players on our squad and see so few pops. Out of 14 players Peppin popped, Firosh popped and S. Ishtaq popped. Three guys popped and 11 didn't. And these are the best trained players in the nation. Next week I hope for better results.

Sometimes it just hapens that way. I had the same thing myself. I have a level 6 trainer and my guys got 48+ including my "sort of" Indian guy:

Diptavrna Kumar (19609870) Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 4 224
Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: superstar

So in single position pressure training between the three of them I got one pop in driving. Next week for sure!

PS: It will also be interesting to see Kumar chase Singh and see how they develop.

A much better training week for the team this week with pops from most of the important players. Well done by most of our managers who are working really well to make our players great.

I have updated the actual details of our team on the offsite forums and it is an important week as most likely our best player Gnanam will be a free agent. I hope someone good is able to buy him. It is excellent to note that he has been trained by his inactive manager as he had a pop this week.

Woohoo really good to know that Gnanam is getting trained. I'll try to buy him if I can enough cash to afford (probably not enough, but I'll try).

Yeah I doubt 1.5 million is enough to buy him. If it goes out of my range, please do consider buying him (and even if it's within my range, do consider too :P).
Yep I'll let you know when he's on the TL.

great write up !!
Gnanam's still in average GS, despite playing decent minutes...
but on a more positive note, he popped to wondrous passing :)
