Hi,
I checked the TL.
At the moment, there are 2 rookies who could be trained for U21:
(51528141) - TSP 57 - age 19 - Pot 7.
(51529166) - TSP 59 - age 19 - Pot 7.
Do you know a manager who might be interested?

Those are both average prospects, but I do not currently know a specific manager who is looking for trainees outside of A Warrior, who could in theory pick one of them up, but there are better prospects that are rostered right now, that may be hitting the TL soon. I am training U21 bigs for South Africa so we should be set up nicely there for next season.
